Eagle City provides AI-powered voice agent solutions designed to answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and handle customer service for roofing contractors and other businesses. Our services include 24/7 call handling, CRM integration, and custom AI voice training.

3. Subscription and Billing

Eagle City offers subscription-based pricing plans with weekly billing cycles. All plans include:

• A one-time setup fee ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 based on complexity
• Weekly subscription fees as outlined in your selected plan
• Included minutes per plan period
• Additional minutes charged at $0.50 per minute

Billing occurs automatically on a weekly basis. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

4. Usage and Limitations

You agree to use Eagle City's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Eagle City's services are owned by Eagle City and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable. Weekly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eagle City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
